Driving down the 101 in bumper-to-bumper, I saw their truck which claimed they do a better cleaning job than anyone else, guaranteed. It was very convincing and since my boyfriend, son and dog had recently moved in and trashed my beautiful carpet, I called and left a message for John. He called back that evening and I agreed to pay his minimum charge to clean just my living and dining room carpet because it was full of pet stains, food stains, and I don't-even-know-what-else-stains. Do I now have clean carpet? It's beautiful -- and it's beige again!! I'm blown away by how clean he got the carpet -- and I've had that carpet cleaned several times in the past by other companies. So I highly recommend John and Carpet Solutions. I'm writing this review so I don't have to ever figure out which carpet company I used before and I'll be able to find him easily! Thanks, John!

I have been a client of Carpet Solutions for over 25 years. John and his crews have been always professional and reliable and giving me quality care. On Friday, February 28th the rain started coming down early in the morning and was steady all day. I got a call from my tenant at 7:30 in the morning that the rain had started coming into the suite from the outside. At 9:30 it was getting worst. I called John not knowing if he could handle the situation and his immediate response was yes and he was out to me in 90 minutes. He assess the situation, had the man power and had wet vacs, blower/driers and De-humidifiers ready to go. John was here 4 days in a row including Sunday to assess and supervise the cleanup and drying of the walls. In less than 7 days he had my entire office rebuilt and back in working order. And it looked better than it did before the water damage. Unbelievable in a time of unreliable and sub par work being done in life. WOW

Carpet Solutions cleaned our carpet and tile on Saturday, and I have to say I was shocked at the results! I thought our carpet was beyond help....not completely disgusting but definitely going that way...and now it literally looks like new! Ricky was as pleasant and professional as he could possibly be, explaining what he was doing, how long it would take, etc. Their prices are reasonable and John, the owner, was very helpful in answering questions and scheduling the appointment. Carpet Solutions was recommended to me by a friend, and I guess I owe her dinner now! Great, great job! Have already scheduled another appointment to have some rugs and chair cushions cleaned. I have used CARPET SOLUTIONS for over 15 years. I can let them in to do their magic and leave without a worry. This last time there was grease on my carpet due to a bathroom remodel. Excellent Service!!! I found out about Carpet Solutions just by seeing their van in a parking lot. My carpet needed cleaning so I thought I would give them a call. On the phone they were very thorough about my situation. An appointment was scheduled for the following week. They sent a reminder email the day before (nice touch). On the day of the appointment they arrived just before the time slot that was giving to me. I showed them the dirty carpet and rugs and when they were done it looked liked new! Thanks!! The team at Carpet Solutions is truly amazing. They are professional, helpful and extremely hard working. We had all of the carpeting in our house cleaned by this company. After the cleaning, the light beige carpeting looked like new, after removing previous pet stains. A+++ Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Did an excellent fully professional job with courteous, helpful, punctual great service. They know what they are doing. My Apartment looked Night and Day better after they cleaned my wall to wall carpets. They also treated my mattress and did a great job on that as well. The areas I didn't want touched, where I had electronic stuff all plugged in, they fully understood and cleaned around them unlike a lot of these services where the people don't speak English, nod their head that they understand and then proceed to ignore everything you said. This place is different. You get what you pay for. Great job!

Excellent overall clean of our new home! We bought a home inhabited by 4 small dogs and when we first got in, you could tell. Carpet Solutions was efficient, competitively priced (less expensive, actually, than others I rang for quotes!) and did a thorough and professional job. The men were quick and friendly; I was definitely happy to have them in there myself with my little girl (babysitter unavailable). The place feels clean now as soon as you walk in the door. If we need carpet cleaning again, we'll definitely give them a ring.

My carpet wasn't super-dirty, but I do have a cat and I had noticed after a couple years that there were some spots. After Carpet Solutions cleaned my carpet, it looks like new again. They even gave me some powder carpet cleaner so that I don't have to use the kind of carpet cleaner that has a lot of soap in it. I would highly recommend Carpet Solutions. In fact, the manager of my apartment complex already asked which company I used, and I gave her the business card to recommend to other residents.

I wish every business owner cared as much as John! Not the cheapest, but reasonable priced for what you get. I requested they call 60 minutes before they came since they provided a 2 hour window. Not only did they call exactly an hour before, but they were on time!! Very professional and did a great job. John even came to check on the crews' work. I wish I had more carpet for him to clean! I'm referring him to family and friends! My carpet looks as great and saved me thousands since I don't have to replace it! Thanks!

t back to the office n we scheduled a time. The two guys called about 20 minutes before they got there. After all was said and done, the carpets look almost brand new. My father-in-law had seven (yes, seven) area rugs that he wanted cleaned - he was going to give one huge Persian rug to my wife and I as a gift, and he asked me if I could refer him to a cleaning service. I had heard that Carpet Solutions does great work, so I recommended them.
So: my father-in-law calls Carpet Solutions and sets an appointment. They show up exactly on time. Super friendly, super professional. They cleaned each of the rugs very thoroughly - you can tell they take pride in their work, that they're skilled and experienced. They worked methodically and carefully. The Persian rug that I was getting had been bought at an estate sale auction and was pretty darn dirty - Carpet Solutions got it looking like new. Nice. When they were all done, they wouldn't take payment until they were sure my father-in-law was totally happy with the work. And happy he was. After dealing with unreliable plumbers, dishonest appliance repair men, and incompetent electricians, it was a pleasure working with an honest service business that's so thoroughly professional. Can't recommend Carpet Solutions enough.

I explained to John that I had super bad pet stains on my off-white carpeting, but wasn't able to pay for extra treatment. He assured me that his guys would do the best that they could - And they certainly did!! They called within 30 min. of arrival time, were personable, professional, courteous, and very thorough. I couldn't believe how almost every stain was completely gone! (The very few pale markings that remained had been very old stains, and even those looked better!)
